The rooms were all updated and modern with a microwave and fridge. I really enjoyed that they had an iron and a chair. - Accommodating and courteous staff who were always there to help. - Its location was good and ideal, especially to the valley. Garbage car came at 5am and at 6am there was someone driving around at the parking with his hand on the horn of his car

check in and out was fast and easy, very helpful with getting my room changed from upstairs to downstairs.

the room was beautifully decorated and had a nice looking microwave and fridge which I enjoyed. the location of the hotel was ideal, close to the center of town. 3. It was a short walk to Lancaster, the valley, and trains.

We were vendors at the California Poppy Festival and stayed the Town House Motel for two nights. The motel is conveniently located less than five minutes from the festival grounds. Town House is an older property but very well maintained. Our room was clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. The room had a small refrigerator, ironing board and iron, hair dresser, air conditioning, and free wi-fi access. In the morning they offer a continental breakfast with cereal, fruit, pastries, coffee, and juice. The staff was very nice and take pride in running a good operation. We will definitely stay there again next year when we return to the Poppy Festival.

The stall is always friendly and always remembers us when we stay there. The hotel is older and needs minor repairs, but is clean and comfortable.

In a great spot near town center. 🌟 Room had AC, microwave, and fridge - pretty convenient. Despite that, a few staff members weren't the friendliest. the rest of the team was caring and helpful though.

A very nice place to stay. Good Wi-Fi Connection & appreciated the Continental Breakfast ... albeit the selction was a bit limited. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay with a most helpful & coutteous office staff. I would stay there again if the occasion arises.
